Edward spent fifteen years inside the NHS, the last several running formulary and procurement decisions for a regional trust, before moving into life sciences advisory work. He has been the clinician a life sciences company is trying to reach, and the one recruiting other clinicians for exactly that purpose. That dual view shapes how he screens experts for us: he knows which credentials on a CV predict a genuinely useful call, and which ones just read well.

Priya spent a decade in strategy consulting at a Big Five firm, mostly advising corporates outside life sciences: retail, industrials, financial services. She left because the conversations that actually changed a recommendation always happened off the clock, arranged informally through someone's old contact. She built our corporates practice to make that access a standard part of the process instead of a lucky break.

Naomi trained and practiced as a pharmacist before moving into market access, where she has spent most of her career on the pricing and reimbursement side of drug launches: the negotiations that decide what a formulary committee will actually pay for. She still reads a payer dossier the way she once read a prescription, line by line, looking for the detail that changes the outcome.

Thomas has run the unglamorous middle of expert networks for most of his career: sourcing pipelines, screening queues, the systems that decide how fast a request turns into a scheduled call. He has watched networks scale past the point where speed and compliance stopped being compatible, more than once, and built ours specifically to avoid that failure.
